Warranty provisions

1. The warranty period is - from 1 to 6 months from the date of sale specified in the warranty card.
2. During the warranty period free of charge repair the phone if the user observes the operation and storage.
3. The warranty is valid only if correctly and clearly filled in the warranty card with the name of the client, serial number, date of sale, a clear stamp of the company and signed by the seller, as well as documents confirming the purchase of products in our company (overhead). The serial number and product model must meet specified in the warranty card. However, even if the warranty card is not due to not fill or loss, the product is considered a guarantee, if the serial number is in the database of our company.
4. Repairs carried out within 20 days from the date of application indicating the claims to the quality of products, in some cases, with the knowledge of the buyer repair time can be extended.
5. The warranty is invalid in the following cases:
• For inclusion in the network or a different strain
• When non-compliance with the serial number of the phone number listed in the warranty card.

• When using a cellular phone with accessories not approved by the manufacturer or dealer organization. 
• If product damage caused by the cyclone, fire, domestic factors.

6. Guarantee does not apply to accessories, with limited useful life, as well as information recorded in the phone memory or SIM-card.
7. Products of good quality can not be returned or exchanged for another unit.
